Ethel Hoppock Middle School

FALL:  Students will harvest previous year’s gardens, prep soil and plant garlic for next spring.  They will also learn about how to care for fish and other animals in the science lab.
 
SPRING: In addition to continuing fall aquarium projects, students will design and build outdoor gardens.  They will also learn how to prepare their own food from the garden.  Students will attend the “Clean Ocean Action Summit” at Sandy Hook in May.
